30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee that our products will work as intended or we will give you your money back. Merchandise must be returned in like new condition within 30 days of invoice.

Restocking Charge

Other than the 30-day money back guarantee, all returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge of 20% minimum. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge anytime before shipment. Refused shipments are subject to freight charges.

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars, FOB Los Angeles, California exclusive of freight and insurance and are subject to change without notice.

Availability

Availability is from stock. Pending credit approval, orders are filled immediately.

Payment Options

•  COD Cashiers Check – New accounts without credit     approval.

•  COD Company Check – Company checks may be      accepted if you provide your bank name, account,      contact and telephone number.

•  Credit Card - We accept VISA, MasterCard, or American     Express. A 3% service charge will be added to all credit     card purchase.

•  Open Account – We required one bank and three trade     references for a credit approval. Please allow two weeks     processing time.

Service

• In-Warranty – We will repair or replace any item under warranty at no charge, provided the defective product is returned to the factory without damage.
  
  
• Out-Of-Warranty – We will repair or replace any item out of warranty for a fixed price, provided the defective product is returned to the factory without damage.

Taxes

Appropriate state and local taxes will be added to all orders as required by law. Sales tax is based on the point of delivery. Country specific taxes and charges will be applied as required for international purchases.
